Ticketing Department:

	Experience using CRS
	Bilingual English/Chinese
	Knowledge of Asian geography and air routings

Tour Department: (Inbound tour agents, and outbound tour agents)

	Knowledge of Asian geography and cultural attractions
	Excellent English speaking and writing skills
	Proficient in MS Office
	Detail oriented, can handle multiple tasks, ability to work under pressure
	CRS experience useful but not mandatory
